The Residencial L'Almúnia is a 2 storey house in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 10 km from the sea. It has a private garden with plants and flowers and a private swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley.

There are 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor there is a room with 2 beds and a fan and 1 room with 1 french bed and fan. The bedroom in the upper floor has a french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/bidet/WC and fan.

The living/dining room is equipped with satellite-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD and has access to the veranda. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, a micro wave and a freezer. The house also has central heating.

There are shops and a supermarket within 2 km, a restaurant and bar are located 800 m away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as an 18 hole Golf course 15km away and a Tennis court is at a 3 km distance.

The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
