Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 2 year olds. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
This farmhouse, recently renovated, is the oldest part of the estate. There are also 2 apartments, one for the caretaker and one, seldom used, for the owners. 2 km from the centre of Volterra,
