Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Piedade, is a historical patrimony dating from 1853, built by Aniceto António Ferreira Martins in memory of the parents, Manoel António Martins and Josepha Ferreira Martins.
The Church of Pedra de Lume was the first church to be built on the island of Sal.
