The house is not connected to electricity and water networks, but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks and outdoor showers heated in the sun. Power in the house is provided by the solar panels.

Featuring a furnished terrace and barbecue facilities, the apartments comprise 2 bedrooms and a dining area. There is a kitchen and also a bathroom fitted with a shower. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartments.

The property can be reached via a 1.5-km long macadam road. The nearest Ferry Port is in Vela Luka, 41 km from the property.
