The area is one of the top three ski resorts in Austria with 250 km of prepared pistes of varying degrees of difficulty and has a height difference between 1064 to 2410 m.From the late spring. the piste offers a spacious view when the snow has cleared the way for a lovely field. The apartment complex lies just 100m from the ski lift and 600m from the village centre with a small supermarket and a tourist office. The village is just a 30 minute drive from the Millstätter See and a 45 minute drive from the Weissensee. The province is known for its castles. folklore. the 370 km long cycle path. the ‘Murradweg’ along the Mur River and several national parks.
